Bihinda Steven

Eng. Bihinda Steven is in charge of the development of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Programmes in Rwanda for the past 5 years. Has played a significant role in the establishment of a conducive environment to enable the achievement of Universal access to sustainable energy in Rwanda in the Development of Rural Electrification Strategy, Energy Efficiency Strategy and Biomass Strategy as well as implementation of corresponding action plans.

Prior to Working for the Ministry of Infrastructure, He worked as Mechanical Engineer in the Development of the First Large Scale Methane to Electricity Power Plant in Rwanda in Lake Kivu for Three years.
