He has over 20 years of experience in developing standards and specifications, policy research, as well as in the conceptualization, implementation, management, and evaluation of EE and market transformation programs. His work experience also covers international development, project financing as well as knowledge and capacity building for energy efficient and emissions reduction initiatives.
